As both a qualified hiring professional as well as an expert in getting people hired, Dick specialises in helping those with a foreign cultured background (whether they have brought up in an English Speaking Country or not) find work in an English Speaking Western Organisation or Country - through seminars and online courses.

Dick is qualified also in helping professionals and business owners find their "Purpose in Life" - through a 12 hour one on one program. He occasionally elects to do direct coaching on demand for higher level professionals and business owners.

As an Awarded Commercial Consultant, Dick has experience working with C-Level Executives in more than a dozen industries. His skills include Financial Modelling, Mergers & Acquisitions, Large Scale Commercial Projects with a distinct ability to communicate and act between all levels and departments.

SPEAKER / PRESENTATION COACH

With hundreds or seminars and workshops delivered across dozens of topics, Dick is a Professional Speaker who can take any aspiring or new speaker to deliver a power presentation either or their first time on stage, or as a veteran speaker.

He coaches speakers, delivers sales pitch training to aspiring StartUps looking for venture capital, Real Estate Professionals looking to sell their properties and a host of other areas. His specialty is also to take an Executive Professional and teaches them to add sincerity, personality and impact to their next presentation.
